Warranty Policy

General Warranty Information:
All parts sold by Wreckmate Auto Parts & Recycling are warranted to be free from defects in standard materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase from an authorized representative, with the following exceptions:

• Damage caused by other components or equipment

• Damage resulting from any means over which we did not have control

• Use of aftermarket Engine Control Units (ECUs)

• Engines, transmissions, and turbochargers have warranty terms on a case-by-case basis

• Freight costs are not covered under warranty claims
   

Standard Engine Warranty – Parts Only:

• Duration: 3 months (parts only), with a limit of 10,000 kilometers

• Warranty begins from the date of invoice
   

Engine Warranty – Accessories Exclusion:

• Engines are sold as long blocks, comprising the engine block and cylinder head(s)

• Any accessory parts left on the engine or attached to the long block are not covered by our warranty; these accessories are provided for testing purposes and convenience only

• Accessories not covered include, but are not limited to: manifolds, pumps, pulleys, seals, turbochargers, injectors, fuel rails, sensors, alternators, wiring, pipes, hoses, EGR systems, coolers, etc.

• All engines supplied are guaranteed to be in serviceable condition

• All engines are fitted with heat tabs; warranty is void if tabs are melted, removed, or tampered with
   

Additional Policies:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of purchased parts with their vehicles

• Warranty claims must include the original invoice

• Wreckmate Auto Parts & Recycling reserves the right to inspect and verify warranty claims before processing replacements or refunds

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team via phone, email, or in-person. Provide your original invoice and detailed information about the issue. Our team will guide you through the claims process and provide necessary assistance.
