Refund Policy

At Wreckmate Auto Parts & Recycling, parts purchased may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days for an exchange or credit note, subject to certain conditions:

  • We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or installation of parts.

Installation Requirements:

  • Proof of professional installation may be required to validate warranty claims.

  • Failure to comply may void warranty coverage.

Exclusions & Limitations:

  • The policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation.

Claims Processing:

Customer Responsibilities:

  • If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration under applicable laws.
