Our Privacy Policy
At Wreckmate Auto Parts & Recycling, we are committed to providing quality recycled auto parts and reliable service. Customers may, in some cases, be required to return their old or damaged parts (commonly referred to as “cores”) for recycling or remanufacturing purposes. Failure to return cores within the specified timeframe may result in additional charges or fees.
Warranty coverage may be voided if parts are tampered with, modified, or disassembled by anyone other than an authorized representative of Wreckmate Auto Parts & Recycling. Any unauthorized repairs or alterations will result in the immediate termination of warranty coverage. Warranty coverage is strictly non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the part, unless prior written consent has been provided by Wreckmate Auto Parts & Recycling.
For any warranty claims to be processed, customers must retain and provide their original sales invoice along with warranty documentation. Without sufficient proof of purchase, claims may be denied. Certain specialty, performance, or imported parts may carry limited or no warranty coverage; customers are encouraged to confirm these details at the time of purchase.
If a customer fails to comply with the terms of this warranty policy, coverage may be forfeited. In such cases, penalties may apply, including but not limited to restocking fees, repair costs, or denial of future warranty claims. All freight costs associated with warranty returns remain the responsibility of the customer.
Wreckmate Auto Parts & Recycling remains committed to supporting our customers throughout the warranty process. Our customer service team is available via phone, email, or in person to assist with warranty claims and inquiries.
